            Complainant present. The counsel for complainant filed memo stating that the complaint is settled out of Forum, by receiving Rs.8,535/- by way of D.D.No.134292 dt:10.06.2019 on Axis Bank, and another D.D.No.134293 for Rs.6,000/- dt:10.06.2019 on Axis Bank, from the opposite party towards full and final settlement of the complaint. In view of the said memo, complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum, as not pressed.
