This case is coming on today before this Forum in the presence of  Sri S.S. Prakasa Rao, Advocate for the complainant and the 2^nd opposite party having been set ex parte and Sri V. Srinivasa Rao, Advocate for the 4^th opposite party, this Forum made the following:-

 

ORDER

 

(Per Smt. H.V. Ramana, President (FAC))

 

This is a complaint filed by the complainant under Section 12 of the consumer Protection Act 1986 to direct the opposite parties to pay Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for mental agony; award costs incurred by the complainant at Rs.100/- per day till the date of repayment of the new unit modem; to replace the adjusting modem with new piece of modem and award costs of the complaint.

2.         Both parties filed joint memo that the matter is settled out of Forum and the 4^th respondent filed D.D. for Rs.10,000/- bearing No.961534 drawn on HDFC Bank dt.07.04.2016.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed without costs.
