            As per the Advance Hearing petition in CMP.NO.49/2024 order dated 29.04.2024 this complaint is reopened for purpose of record of the joint compromise memo. Hence, this consumer complaint is advanced from 10.05.2024 to today. Further this complaint called at 2.15 PM complainant is present as in person. 1^st opposite party and his counsel are also present. Joint compromise memo filed by the complainant and 1^st opposite party dated 29.04.2024 is hereby perused and recorded and complainant also made endorsement to withdraw this present consumer complaint. Therefore this complaint is disposed as settled out this commission. Joint compromise memo shall be part of this order.

            Pronounced in the open commission, on this the 29^th day of April 2024.
