The Record Is Placed Before Us Today By Way Of Put Up Petition.            The Complainant Also Files An Another Petition Praying For Withdrawal Of The Case On The Ground Mentioned Therein. Copy Served.

                Heard Ld. Advocate For The Complainant. Perused The Petition As Well As The Case Record. By Filing The Said Petition The Complainant Has Stated That The Dispute In Between The Parties Has Been Settled Outside The Court. There Is No More Claim Against The Opposite Parties. So The Complainant Wants To Withdraw The Case.

                Considering The Facts And Circumstances Of The Case We Opined That The Petition Of Complainant For Withdrawal Of The Case Should Be Allowed.

Hence, It Is

                That The Petition For Withdrawal Of The Case By The Complainant Is Hereby Allowed. The Complainant Is Permitted To Withdraw The Case Without Liberty To File Case Again.
