Parties represented. Parties arrived at a settlement in the following terms : The complainant will pay an amount of Rs. 5,35,000/- to the opposite party by way of D.D. on or before 06-10-2012. In return, the opposite party shall hand over the deposited documents to the complainant within 15 working days from the date of realisation of the D.D. The opposite party shall take steps to get it published in the CIBIL stating that this transaction has been amicably settled.
The proceedings stands closed in terms of the aforesaid settlement.
