Final Order / Judgement

Order No.   25    dt.  26/06/2016

Complainant was absent on 23/07/2015, 07/10/2015, 27/05/2016 &26/08/2016 without step.

Upon such on 26/08/2016 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 26/09/2016 for filing show cause .

Today i.e on 26/09/2016 complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause .

As such this Forum holds that complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation and considering the above facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
