 2.The Manager, CRI Pumps pvt. Ltd., Unit: Chola pumps -202 Sathy Road,         Saravanampatti, Coimbatore- 641035(India).        …        Opposite parties.

 

ORDER  Dt.  5.7.2022.

             The authorized agent  Smt. Jayanati Panigrahi,  is present on behalf of   her son Sri Deepak  Panigrahi(Complainant) submitted the memo of withdrawal to close the present C.C. case No. 137/2021 grounds stated therein that the complainant  had filed the  case  against  the O.Ps.  After  receiving notice  from the commission the O.Ps had replaced  the bore well  motor with a new one  with fresh warranty as per the claim of the complainant.  Being their dispute had already  been redressed by the O.Ps as to the full & final satisfaction of the complainant and now the bore  well   is running smoothly there have no  dispute  is arising  the complainant and her  mother  intends to withdraw the case  which is pending  before this commission.  Files this memo with full  concentrated  the complainant praying  to close the  present case the complaint had  no further claim over the said  dispute  so far they don’t wants to proceed further in this case.

 

            Both the post of member posts are laying vacant.  Considering the exigencies  of the case  taken up the record. Perused the memo and the original  case record.  Verify the identify and authorization memo, copies of the identity  accompanied to the  case  record after  returning the original  Identity  card of both  complainant as well as  his mother.  Considering the facts and circumstances of the case  in view of  justice contemplated the memo is allowed.  Accordingly the case is  closed.

 

          The copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
