F I N A L    O R D E R:-

 

03.02.2023- The complainant is absent without step.

The O.P. is present in person.

Perused the complaint.

The complainant placed her scooty in the garage of the O.P. for repairing. According to the complainant, the Manager of the O.P. demanded Rs.20,000/- but today O.P. personally submits that the repairing charge was Rs.265/- only. The O.P. personally also submits that the complainant unnecessarily served Legal Notice which was replied also and this is nothing but wastage of time and energy. The O.P. further submits that even if the complainant is not in a position to pay the repairing charge of Rs.265/-, her scooty shall be released immediately in her favour. However, the O.P. prays before this Commission that the complainant may be directed to take back her scooty immediately as it is occupying the space of his garrage. So, we find no further dispute in this case. The complainant shall take back the scooty from the garrage of the O.P. within 7 days from today and the O.P. shall release her scooty, if she pays Rs.265/- or on her failure to pay this amount, the scooty shall be released as submitted by the O.P. 

The case stands disposed off. 

Supply a copy of this Final Order free of cost to the O.P. also communicate a copy of this Final Order to the complainant.
