The record is put up on(22.11.2018) the strength of one application from complainants’’ side. The Ld advocate for Ld advocate for Op Axis bank Ltd are present. Complainant no.1 has filed one application along with affidavit for his wife complainant no 2 also where in prayer has been made for withdrawal of the case  and filed some documents.

 Heard. Ld advocate for complainant and complainant also  heard Ld advocate for the Op bank also who raised no objection regarding withdrawal of the case.
 Conducting the  summons of Ld advocate  of the complainant and that of Ld advocate for the Op bank.
