PER:   SRI SATISH KUMAR PANIGRAHI, PRESIDENT:

 

            The complainant filed a not press memo that the grievance of the complainant is already settled amicably out of the court and accordingly the O.P. has supplied a new cell phone to the complainant. So in view of the above circumstances the complainant does not want to proceed further with the case and not pressed the same. We heard the memo and memo is allowed.

In the result we closed the case as not pressed.
