ORDER

Order dt.26/07/2006 The complain is allowed. The O.Ps are directed to revise the bill of the complainant and if they found to be excess amount collected from the complainant they adjust the excess amount to the future bill of the complainant and further the O.Ps are directed to pay Rs.500/- as damages and Rs.500/- as cost 0f the proceedings to the complainant with in two months from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- A.S.Hemalatha, Member
