The O.P. State Bank of India is present with one witness who is the Chief Manager, SBI, Melarmath Branch Agartala. The O.P's. Advocate Mr. P. Saha is also present. The Complainant Miss Debapriya Chakraborty is absent. Her Advocate also takes no step. From the case record we have found that since 10/09/2018 till today 04 dated had been posted and that in all the dates neither the Complainant nor her engaged Advocate taken any step. On the other hand for the last two dates the O.P's. Witness remained present. From the conduct of the Complainant we find that the Complainant was/is not at all serious in pursuing with the case. So we are constrained to drop the complaint filed by the the Complainant. The witness of the O.P. Sri Lohe Siman Peter Mao, Chief Manager, SBI, Melarmath Branch, Agartala is discharged without examination .
