ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall pay a sum of Rs.17,500/- to the complainant by way of refunding the price of the seed paddy and damages caused to him as a result of this transaction. He shall further pay a sum of Rs.100/- towards the cost of these proceedings, to the complainant and bear his own. This order shall be complied with within a period of thirty days from the date of its receipt by the o.p, failing which the complainant is at liberty to take out execution proceedings and recover his dues.
