Decree Holder files a Memo which reads thus:

“The Decree Holder above named humbly submits the above case has been settled out of the Court.  Hence this case may be dismissed and this not pressed in the interest of justice and equity”.

JDr is also present and states that Rs.42,000/- has been paid to the DHr on 19.07.2012 and produced the Receipts. 

In view of the above, as desired by the Decree Holder, this Execution is disposed off as fully settled.
