ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to refund a sum of Rs.2,500/- being paid by the complainant on 08.11.2014 and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, harassment, emotional distress, unfair trade practice, negligent and unprofessional conduct with cost to the complainant.

 

Proof Affidavit of the complainant and 1^st opposite party has not been filed for a long time to prove the contents in the complaint and written version.   Both the complainant and 1^st opposite party called absent for a long time.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.
