Record is put up by filing a put up petition on behalf of the complainant for withdrawal of the cheque deposited by the O.P./ Postal Department on 24.04.2015.

The complainant herself is present before this Forum. On behalf of the complainant a petition has filed for withdrawal of deposited cheque in her name and the complainant is stated in the petition that she is willing to withdraw the cheque with full and final satisfaction and she has no further claim in this case.

For identification of the complainant one photocopy of voter ID Card with self attested is filed along with the original of the same. The photocopy of her voter ID is verified with the original ID Card and returned back the original to the complainant.

The prayer for withdrawal of the cheque by the complainant is allowed.

The cheque of Rs.58,423/- issued by the O.P. in favour of Kadbanu Bibi i.e. the complainant of this vide cheque No.217192, dated 23.04.2015 drawn at SBI, Balurgaht is handed over to the complainant with an identification through her recorded lawyer with proper receipt.

Hence, it is

this case, being No. CC-16/2015 is disposed of on full satisfaction.
