On perusal of the order on memo of calculation of this Commission dated:25.01.2024, this Commission directed the JDr to pay Rs.8,622-00 to the Dhr within the 30 days from the date of receipt/knowledge of the order.On 25.04.2024 the counsel for the JDr has submitted that the JDr has complied the order dated 25.01.2024 and filed the memo of compliance in the office of this commission on 03.04.2024. The same was noted in the order sheet by the office of this commission. On perusal of the memo filed by the counsel of the JDr on 03.04.2024, it is noticed that, the JDr has paid Rs.800-00 through DD.No.483305 to the DHr and the counsel for the DHr has acknowledge on the memo that they have received the same. Further the counsel for the JDr has submitted that, the JDr has paid Rs.8,622-00 to the DHr account in monthly BRs. The copy of thepension enquiry details produced by the JDr is establishing the same. The DHr has not produce any document to disprove the payments made by the JDr. By considering the above discussion, we are of the opinion that the JDr has fully complied the order of this commission and the execution application is liable to be closed as fully satisfied. Accordingly, we pass the following:-
