On perusal of the order on memo of calculation of this Commission dated: 14.12.2023, this Commission directed the Jdr to pay Rs.3,228.00 to the Dhr within 30 days from the date of receipt/knowledge of the order.

2.            On 28.02.2024, the counsel for the Jdr has filed the memo of compliance and submitted that the Jdr has paid Rs.3,228.00 to the Dhr in the month of February 2024 and same will be credited to pensioner Bank account through BRS for the month of March-2024.  Copy of the pension payment enquiry produced by the Jdr is establishes that the Jdr has paid Rs.3,228.00 to the Dhr.  Further, counsel for the Jdr has submitted that, the Jdr has also remitted Rs.2,350.00, which is towards penalty to the account of Dhr.  Copy of letter written by the Jdr to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Tumkur Main Branch, Tumkur produced by the Jdr establishes the same.  The Dhr has not produced any documents till the date to disprove the memo of compliance filed by the Jdr and payments made by the Jdr.  By considering the above discussion, we are of the opinion that the Jdr has fully complied the order of this Commission.  Hence, the execution application is liable to be closed as fully satisfied/complied.  Accordingly, we proceed to pass the following:-

The Execution Application filed by the DHR is closed as fully satisfied.

Furnish copy of order to both parties with free of costs.
