          This Commission has passed an order on memo of calculation on  04-10-2023 and directed the JDr to pay Rs.1,000-00 to the DHr within 25 days from the date of receipt / knowledge of the order, otherwise it carries fine of Rs.50/- per day till realization. The counsel for JDr has received the copy of order dated 04-10-2023 on 10-10-2023. Further counsel for JDr has filed memo of compliance with letter of JDr regarding transfer of amount to the DHr account. The letter written to the Branch Manager, SBI, Tumkur-572101 has reflecting that, the JDr has transferred Rs.2,500-00 to the DHr through NEFT on 04-12-2023. From 10-10-2023 to 04-11-2023 is calculated as 25 days and 05-11-2023 to 04-12-2023 is calculated as 29 days. Hence, the JDr has liable to pay fine per day Rs.50/- for 29 days

which is calculated as 29X50=1,450-00. Further, the JDr has paid Rs.1,000-00 as directed in the order dated 04-10-2023 and Rs.1,500-00 as fine and totally paid Rs.2,500-00. Hence, Execution Petition is liable to be closed as fully complied.  Accordingly we proceed to pass the following;

The Execution Petition filed by the DHR is closed as fully complied.

Furnish copy of this order to both parties are free of cost.
