the  result  the petitioner/d.hr  are  entitled 1% interest  ie  5000/- every month  the balance  amounts  is   entitled only after 28.10.2014 till  then  are at  liberty to  with  draw  the  amount of rs 5000/- p.m. from 09.08.13 till  i.e. 29.05.14 and  the  respondent /jdr are  also directed  to  deposit  the  amount of rs5000/- for  which the petitioner/d.hr  are entitled  on before 10^th every month before this forum. in view  circumstance  no  costs  awarded  only  after
