Today is fixed for appearance of the parties in this case   after the case is sent back from National Lok  Adalat.

Both sides are found present.

Ld. Advocates of both sides are also found ready.

The Complainant side has filed a verified application alongwith documents for withdrawing this case.

On close examination of the withdraw petition which is filed by complainant side, it appears that complainant is voluntarily withdrawing this case as disputes involved  in this case have been amicably settled.

This District Commission finds that it would be just and proper to dispose of this case on the basis of the prayer of complainant of withdrawing this case.

In the result it is accordingly,

                                                O R D E R E D

That the C.C. Case No. 415/2018 be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn.

Let the withdraw petition and its connected documents be made of this order.

No order as passed to cost.
