ORDERS

 1. This is a complaint of alleged deficiency of service filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act,1986 by Mahaboob khan the Complainant against the Opposite party (for short ‘OP’ ) praying to provide proper meter reading grant.

2.   On perusal of the entire record it found that in the complaint the complainant not stated any cause of action to file the present complaint. Further he also failed to mention what relief actually he wanted to seek. After filing the complaint also he did not turn to the forum to adduce his evidence to support his contention made in the complaint. In the absence of above facts, we pass the following order.

ORDERS.

The present complaint is dismissed.

The assistant registrar is directed to send free copies of this order to the all the parties free of cost within a week from today.
