            Complainant absent today also.  Since the filing of the complaint, complainant has never appeared before the Forum.  Though a notice was issued for the appearance of the complainant, a letter was sent by the complainant  seeking adjournment which was allowed and posted for the day.  Today also there is no representation for the complainant.  It seems that the complainant is not interested in proceeding with the case.  Hence, complaint dismissed for default.
