 Complainant and opposite party present. Talk held. Settled for Rs.35,000/- out which shall be paid in 5 equal monthly installment (at the rate of Rs.7000/- per month) failing which the opposite party shall have the right to realize the said amount with interest at the rate of 9% per annum . The opposite party shall also agree to reconnect the water supply at the premise of the complainant on payment of last installment.

          Both parties agree for the same. Hence complaint  closed.
