2^nd complainant and Ist opposite party appeared directly. Counsel for the opposite party also appeared. The Ist opposite party submitted that they are ready to supply water to the complainants' residence twice in a week, undertaken by the Ist opposite party. The 2^nd complainant is also agreed if the opposite parties are ready to supply the same promptly. Hence the petition dismissed as per settlement.
