ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed as under. 1.O.P.s are directed to prepare a final bill for the period of earlier 9 months i.e from 17-12-2002 to 17-09-2003 treating the average consumption of complainant as 33 units per month. 2.Such bill shall be prepared within a period of one month from the date of reciept of this order. 3.If the O.P.s have recieved the excess amount,they are not entitled to claim any interest on the assessed amount and refund the excess amount to the complainant through an account payee cheque within one month thereafter,failing which complainant would be entitled to recover future interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from such date. 4.Parties to bear own costs. Send certified copies of this judgment and order to o.p. by RPAD and to complainant under C.O.P.
