No step is taken by the complainant. Today the instant case is fixed for admission hearing as last chance. It is now 1:50 pm despite repeated calls none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On perusal of the case record it is seen that the case is filled on 18/07/2016 and thereafter the complainant on some plea taken time for admission hearing. But today he is absent without steps. Considering the above, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case further and therefore there is no need to fix further date for admission hearing and let the case be dismissed for default. Accordingly the case is dismissed for default.
