Complainant and opposite party absent. No representation. Complainant is directed to produce the consent letter of the neighbour for drawing service electric connection to the complainant's residence. Opposite party is ready to give electric connection to the complainant's residence, if the cosnent is produced. Complainant is not yet produced the consent letter either before the opposite party or before the Forum after a long time. Complainant is also continuously absent. Hence the petition dismissed with liberty to file another petition if the opposite party not providing electric connection to the complainant even after producing the consent letter of the neighbouring property owner.
