Complainant appeared through counsel. Ist opposite party appeared directly. Ist opposite party submitted that the work for increasing the voltage by erecting electric post and changing to 3 phase line is progressing. That can be completed within one week. The matter is duly undertaken by the Ist opposite party. So the voltage problem can be cured by the opposite party within one week. Complainant satisfied. Hence the petition closed as per the settlement.
