Complainant and counsel appeared. Counsel for the opposite party also appeared. Counsel for the opposite party submitted that they are ready to provide agricultural electric connection to the complainant. Complainant also agreed. Hence the opposite party is directed to supply electric connection to the complainant within 15 days, if the complainant satisfies the conditions as per Electricity rules. Hence the petition dismissed as per the settlement.
