Complaint coming up for hearing on admission today.
Complainant challenges the electricity bill issued by the opposite parties. On verification it is seen that provisional bill alone has been issued by opposite parties. Since complaint is not maintainable based on provisional bill, complaint was posted for admission hearing.
Heard complainant. Complainant submitted that he is not pressing the complaint. Endorsed the same. Hence complaint dismissed. Complainant is at liberty to file afresh on receipt of final bill.
