Today is fixed for filing show cause by the D/hr.

J/dr. is found present and pointed out that there is stay order of Hon’ble State Commission and they have already informed that D/hr. is dead and death intimation has been filed.

As no steps has been taken by the D/hr. and there is no stay order of Hon’ble State Commission, it is crystal clear that D/hr. is not interested to proceeded with this case.
