Complainant/Applicant and his counsel as well as O.P appear personally.

Heard both parties as well as ld. Counsel for the complainant.

Asst. Electrical engineer, Jamtara electric department appears on behalf of O.P and submits that his compliance of the order passed in CC.06.2019 dated-12.04.2019 complainant has been given benefits of Rs-35538/- towards the energy bill and the consumer ledger of the complainant energy bill has been filed showing the benefits given to complainant/applicant.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant admits the benefit given to his party and wanted to drop this misc. case at this stage.

In view of the above facts this misc. application is disposed off
