          This commission on 28-12-2023 passed an order that the JDR to pay Rs.1000.00 towards balance cost & interest on pension arrears to the DHR within 30 days of receipt/acknowledgment of this order, accordingly, the JDR filed memo stated that, the JDR handed over DD for Rs.1000.00, which was drawn in favour of the DHR and in turn the DHR acknowledged the same and further the JDR submitted that the JDR deposited Rs 13003.00 in this commission towards interest on pension arrears, the DHR is directed to collect the same amount from this office by producing necessary documents, and the DHR counsel submitted to close this EP.  By considering the above discussion, we are of the opinion that the JDR fully complied the order of this Commission. Hence, the E.P. is liable to be closed.  Accordingly, we pass the following:-
