On perusal of the memos filed by the JDR dated:31.05.2023 and 05.08.2023, wherein the JDR handed over two cheques i.e. cheque dated:19.07.2023 for Rs.14,600-00 and cheque bearing No.391376 for Rs.1,000-00 towards balance payment including cost as per this Commission order dated:18.01.2016 in E.P.No.95/2020.  Accordingly, this E.P. filed by the DHR to direct the JDR to pay the arrears and to re-fix the pension.  This Commission on 20^th August 2022 after hearing both parties, passed orders on memo of calculation as, the E.P. filed by the DHR is allowed in part, directing the JDR to re-calculate the past service benefit by using Table ‘B” Factor 3.290 and pay arrears of Rs.9,710-00 and balance cost of Rs.1,000-00 to the DHR within 45 days from the date of the order,

otherwise it carries fine of Rs.100-00 per day.  In turn, the DHR on 22.08.2023 filed memo disputing only the interest calculation for balance of Rs.51 for 170 months is Rs.7,176-00 against the order of memo of calculation of this Commission dated:28.08.2022, wherein it was Rs.1,040-00, which is not acceptable since DHR not challenged the order of memo of calculation of this Commission, hence, this E.P. is liable to be closed as JDR has complied the order of this Commission.  Accordingly, the E.P. is closed.
