Heard the complaint who is in person. This is a complaint presented by the complainant against the Op for a direction to them to pay his PF amount. It is stated that the second Op his employer has removed him from employment, but he has not settled his PF amount. It looks that the complainant except addressing letters to Op No.1 Office, he has not approached second Op his employer for getting PF amount from Op No.1 and to disbursement to him. Therefore in the absence of refusal for settlement there is no cause of action to present this complaint. As such at the stage of admission, the complaint is dismissed with liberty to the complainant to approach the second Op by giving a representation to settle his claim and in the event of second Op or Ops failing to settle the claim he is at liberty to approach this forum by filing a fresh complaint.
