Hence, it is

That the Misc. Case No.50 of 2017 filed by the Complainant for getting her electric restored is hereby allowed on merits ; but without cost.

Both the O.Ps. are hereby directed to restore ca se electric connection in respect of the ca se service connection bearing consumer ID No.200671051 having Installation No.5265285 stands in the name of Kabita Karmakar, Complainant subject to payment of dues as claimed to the tune of Rs.3343.06 vide bill for the month of February-2016 to April-2016.

Complainant is directed to deposit the entire amount of Rs.3343.06/- as claimed by O.Ps. vide bill for the month of February – 2016 to April – 2016 by fifteen (15) days to the office of the O.P.

O.Ps. are directed to accept the amount of said bills and to grant receipts in favour of complainant.

O.Ps. are also further directed to restore the electricity of the ca se service connection having Consumer ID No.200671015 and Installation No.5265285 stands in the name of Kabita Karmakar Complainant by seven (7) days from the date of payment of lectricity charge as statyed before poisitvely ; failing which Complainant is al liberty to proceed with due course of law for restoration of her electric connection.

Thus this Misc.  Case No.50 of 2017 / interim petition is Disposed of.

Let a plain copy of this Order be sent to the official address of both the O.Ps. as well as Complainant.
