The above interim order is passed because I have foundthe prime facie case relief as prayed for in the C.C Case No.24 of 2019as well as balance of in convenience in favour of the Complainant on the reasoning that the wood cutting machine admittedly installeed in the premised of the complainant’s carpenter shop from  where the electric line has been disconnected cannot run without electricity power and for which the complainant may not suffer monetary loss but also suffer from mental agony as well as uncertainity of bussiness prosperity.

With the above, this case for interim relief is disposed on contest without any cost. Supply free certified copy of this order tothe parties of this litigation.
