Both the parties are represented by Ld. counsel. Seen pt. No.179 filed by complainant for allowing him to withdraw the case with leave to approach the appropriate Forum seeking redressal of the subject matter involved in this case. It has been stated in the pt. that this Forum may not be the appropriate Forum to adjudicate the case of the complainant so the complainant does not want to proceed with the case longer.

Since complainant of the case wants to withdraw the case and does not like to proceed with trial of the case in this Forum therefore prayer for withdrawal of the case is allowed and the case is disposed off on withdrawal.
