None present for the complainant.  No steps have been taken by the complainant to serve notices to the opponents through this State Commission as directed by order dated 10/09/2014.  Even though, by way of last lance, matter was adjourned for compliance on the last date, complainant failed to comply the directions.  It was also observed on the last date that for non-compliance, complaint shall stand dismissed as against unserved opponents.  It appears that complainant is not interested in effective prosecution of this complaint.  It is not desirable to prolong the matter since it was taken out from sine-die list.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

                   -: ORDER :-

1.       Complaint stands dismissed for default.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
