Complainant files Hazira through his Ld. Counsel.
Today has been fixed for admission hearing of the complaint as well as petition for interim relief.
The President is present through online hearing. Heard submissions of Ld. Counsel of the complainant. Considered.
It appears as alleged that complainant has availed Housing loan of Rs.6,00,000/- in the year 2005 for a term of 15 years. The EMI to be started from December, 2005 @ Rs. 5478/= The allegations are that as per term loan was to be closed in December, 2020 but O.P is still collecting EMI, as such there is deficiency in service and EMI should be closed.
It appears that loan interest was as per floating rate of interest. Further the payment receipt dated 08.02.2021 shows that outstanding loan due is Rs.2,87,154.02/=. Further the complainant has not furnished all payment receipts to controvert it.
So, there is no sufficient materials to grant any relief and to admit this consumer complaint for the allegations raised to attract the jurisdiction of this commission.
Hence, this consumer complaint is not admitted and rejected.
