The Complainant is present in person . the Op is also represented . The complainant files a petition on 17/4/2010 with enclosed a letter of Op regarding closure of loan account to withdraw this case . He also prayed in the petition that he has settled the case amicably out of the court and he requested to close this case .

                                From the perusal of the record withdrawal petition , it appears that the complainant does not want to proceed with this case , hence the withdrawal petition is allowed and the complainant is dismissed as withdrawn. thus in view of the withdrwal petition this complainant case is dismissed as withdrawn .
