Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

This case is taken up for consideration at first 12:10 pm and thereafter at 1 pm when the complainant is found absent and no steps has been taken by the complainant.

The conduct of the complainant is clearly indicating that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case and so this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

In the result, it is accordingly,

 that the complaint case no. 123 of 2017 be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to costs.
