The Complainant is absent on calls.  The A/R for Ops filed a petition praying or time as per the grounds mentioned therein. Heard.  Time is allowed.  Call on 17/01/2018 for counter by Ops as a last chance.

Later:

  The Complainant along with his A/R being present filed a memo stating that the dispute between the complainant and Ops have been compromised out of the Court and hence the complainant does not want to proceed with this case further against the Ops.

                In view of above facts we drop this case against the Ops as not pressed. Pronounced in the open Forum on this the 14^th day of December, 2017. Issue free copy to the Parties concerned.
