                   File taken up before National Lok Adalat. On 08.08.2022, complainant Sh.Harinderpal Singh Rataul has made a separate following statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that I have received the amount of Rs.20,400/- from the opposite parties with regard to my claim and now I do not want to proceed with this complaint and the same kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.”

          In view of statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
