The representative of J.Dr has tendered a DD for Rs.33,500/- and submits that it satisfies the claim of the D.Hr made in this petition and to close EP. D.Hr has claimed Rs.33,482/- in the EP. D.D is for Rs.33,500/-. D.Hr Advocate is present and submits that DD satisfies the claim of the D.Hr and to close the EP as fully satisfied. Advocate reports receipt of the same. Hence, EP is closed as fully satisfied.
