     1.       The Airtel Digital T.V. Airtel Express Store, Shop No.15, Sector-7, Behind  Galaxy Mall, Ambala City, at present Manocha Traders, Uttam Nagar, near   Manav Chowk, Jalbera Road, Ambala City, through its Manager/Authorized   signatory.

     2.       Airtel Digital T.V. India, Head Office, Bharti Tele Media Limited, Plot No.16,     Udyog Vihar, Phase-4, Airtel Centre GURUGRAM-122015, Through its Senior           Manager.

          Complaint under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986

                     Learned counsel for the OP No.2 has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that OP No.2 is ready to pay Rs.3,500/- in lump-sum, full and final settlement and the said amount will be paid within 40 days to the complainant.  Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement and agrees with the same and withdraws the present complaint.      

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP No.2 and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
