ORDER   Complainant present and filed memo and It reads as follows:               “It is humbly submitted to the Hon’ble Court that the Respondent herein compromised with the complainant and paid an amount of Rs.15,411/- towards full satisfaction of the OP claim. Hence the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the OP by recording the full satisfaction of the OP claim”.        In view of the said memo the complaint is dismissed without costs as settled out of Forum FS is recorded.
