Complainant is absent . the op has filed a petition praying there in to dismisses the case on the ground of default of appear of  the complainant attaching its copy  Heard Ld advocate for the op . perusal the record we find that the complainant is remaining absent continually from 21/08/12 and since then op is remaining present always . as the op has prayed to dismisses the case on the ground of non appeared of the the complainant . as the Ld advocate of op attending the forum continuing from Bits Pilani , Rajasthan  and op is being harassed considering
