                   Complainant appeared in person and made the following statement:-

                   “Stated that in view of the NOC dated 05.09.2023 issued by the opposite party at this stage, I withdraw my present complaint, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied”.

                   Keeping in view the statement complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
